sore back in bath

Used to lie down a bit -head above water of course! but back hurts nowadays so I don't anymore. Does Anyone have any ideas so I can go back to those good old soak days, without the surface of the bath hurting my poor back? 🛀

Get your old bath re-enamelled or replaced?

Depends on why your back is hurting. Is it muscles hurting, or bones rubbing on the tub? Is it backache from posture? Is it tight hamstrings making your lower back ache? You can get full body bath pillows that might help if it's uncomfortable because the back is too hard and is making joints ache.

I've seen a full length cushioned bath mat on amazon before.

Hi again, OttersAreMySpiritAnimal.
full body bath pillows? are they smooth? Only the thing is that most anything I've seen that goes in the bath, all seem to have 'bobbles' on them that you lie on, which as you can imagine, is not so comfy!

Another option, but a bit more spendy.
