Hampton (sw london)

I am looking to move to hampton in South West London and just wanted to see if anyone has any views on the area. We are a mid 30s couple with a two year old daughter looking for somewhere with greenery, good schools and near to some slightly more lively areas.

One other question I had about the area was whether it might be impacted by the Heathrow third runway noise? Assuming that happens.

Yes I know the area well, it's great for families and the schools are excellent. The trains are slow to London which is why the property prices are lower than other areas nearby.

I would be amazed if a 3rd runway was built in your life time! The adjustments to junction 10 of the M25 are taking 3 years, large infra structure projects take decades.
