Tell me about Exeter...

Hi all,

I received a job offer in Exeter and I'm making the move from London. I'm not too familiar with the city so would really love some advice...any areas you recommend to rent or avoid? What is the city like living there?

Any answers would be super helpful!

what type of place you looking for?
know anyone in the city? Family? Friends?

I would like ideally a 2 bedroom house/apartment with around a budget of £1,500pcm, from what I've seen online this should be doable? But not sure if they're the right areas. I don't know anyone in the city, although have a couple of friends in Torquay
