I think it's possible there's someone in the bed in pic 6 too, right over on the left. 😂

I mean.. I know students don't like getting up (from personal experience!) but you'd think they might have waited for them to get up before taking the pictures, no..?

Awww, their stuffed bunny toy on the floor!

So they were obviously told the EA photographer was coming round to take the pics, and they simply didn't give a rat's arse.
Oh to still feel like that!

So grateful those days are behind me.

It’s a rite of passage, though! And I can totally see this happening to me, back in the day. I remember our student landlord just giving one of us on the lease a cursory phone call to say she was selling the property and would we be fine letting the agent in for photos and to do viewings at their convenience. We didn’t particularly care, it wasn’t a long term home for us and we had no belongings we were precious about - and also didn’t know back then that we could have refused it during our tenancy. We were generally a pretty tidy and conscientious trio of young women, but had the agent shown up to photograph on some Saturday mornings after the Friday night’s house party, I imagine this is what would have ended up on Rightmove.

Good luck finding a time when all 8 students are out of bed!

I wouldn't have given a shite when I was a student either- and honestly it speaks more to the landlord selling that the agent took about 2 secs sticking a camera round the doorway of each room to take a photo.
