Property report

Our solictior mentioned last week all enquires for the property (no onward chain) are complete and they will now start reporting the final report.

Please could you advise how long do they do take to send this report and how far we from exchange

We are hoping to complete before stamp duty deadline

I'd say about a week for you to get the final report depending on when the solicitor prioritises working on your file. The report will contain documents that require a wet signature, so you'll need to allow a couple of days to return those.
