Hi! Is anyone who lives in Crowborough or Kings Hill able to offer any advice on the areas? My husband and I are moving out of London and are currently looking at new builds in both places. We've found houses we like in both, so it's really down to the location! We're in our late 30s and my husband commutes to London Bridge three times a week. We haven't heard much about Crowborough but have heard many positive things about Kings Hill. If we move to Crowborough, we'd likely drive to Tunbridge Wells for socialising, whereas in Kings Hill, we'd probably head to West Malling or Sevenoaks. We also have a cat, so safety and outdoor space are important to us. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
