Hello All,
I just completed on a house purchase last week and I'm planning to have some extentions done.
On the ground floor I want to extend kitchen and dining room outward into the garden to create one open plan living space.
Upstairs I need a family bathroom, an en-suite to an existing bedroom and then one more bedroom.
Could anyone please recommend a reputable draughtsman and/or architect - I am not sure which will be better/more suited ... and builders please, do recommend any builders you've had a good experience with.
I'm in Sidcup; SE London.
