Hi all
Looking for some help on how to layout our open plan kitchen/diner/snug.
Image attached: We have just shy of 40sqm which I think is a reasonable amount from what I've read.
Green part is the relevant area with sizes. Entry to room from where arrows are - can be door, opening, or even double doors.
Kitchen must be on the left as you look at image
Door to utility will be knocked through so door position is optional
Glazing will be at the top as you look at image and position is flexible (not fussed on massive bifolds, had them in previous house and didn't get much use. Will need patio doors of some sort though).
