We are looking for a flushed light shade for our living room! Can anyone send some recommendations?

What does that mean?

Devilsmommy · 24/02/2025 08:20

Wayfair have some nice ones

laesosalt · 24/02/2025 09:33

@Geneticsbunny It's a light that is directly against the ceiling with no gap...

These flush slim ceiling light shades with diffusers to soften the glare are really popular, perfect for a low ceiling with some colour choices to match your decor. A couple of LED bulbs to match how bright you want it to be or dimmed and you're sorted.

No that's flush. Flushed means excited and elated, like flushed with success, or red and hot, like cheeks flushed with fever.
Flush has a number of meanings one of which is level with an adjacent surface.

@heldinadream I assume it was probably a typo? I didn't realise. I thought maybe the op had meant blush as in the colour ? Sorry! Flush makes perfect sense. We need one for our hallway so I will follow with interest.
