How much would cost to convert 6m*5m internal garage to liviing room in london area

We did ours a few years ago - I think the quote was around £15k, but we did it ourselves for about £4k.

Depends how you wanted to do it? Some people do a half hearted job, leave the garage door on and build a plasterboard box within it.

If you want to do it properly, brick up the garage door opening, windows, heating, insulation etc, then it will cost more.

Yes everything we need to make proper room

We did ours properly - took out the garage door, dug foundations and built a new wall with a window.
Insulated the walls, added underfloor heating, knocked a door through into the house.
And then new flooring, lights etc and paint.
