Toilet problems

Had a plumber out yesterday as cistern was taking awhile to fill. This was fixed but when using the toilet (for a poo!) needed to flush twice this cleared it but a few hours later the water in the bottom of the toilet is brown

Have taken the lid of the cistern and the water level is down quite a lot to what it was. Have tried buckets of warm water had my hand down it can’t feel anything.

Rang the plumber back 3 times and awaiting a call back

not sure what’s going on? Is there poo stuck somewhere in the u bend ?could the plumber have dislodged some sediment ? The flush definitely needs adjusting - any ideas anyone ?

Just saw a post on this.

Get a plastic bag and stretch it over the toilet and - you may have to dry the bowl first where the bag touches.

Put the seat and lid down and sit on it - then flush.

some thing to do with the vacuum pressure - try it and let us know if it works
