The two options I'm considering are:
- Rightmove Listing – A 2-bed, 2-bath mews flat completed in 2020, priced at £650K. It's 6 minutes from South Wimbledon, located in a residential area, north facing with a service charge + ground rent of £1,400 per year.
- Abbeywall Development – A newly built 2-bed, 2-bath ground-floor flat, also £650K, but 15 minutes from South Wimbledon, south facing with a £2,000 annual service charge.
