I am 34 weeks pregnant and already have a child with asd my landlord got the go ahead to change the house from oil to gas and apparently I can’t postpone it due to the housing executive grant being a deadline needed… N.I estate agents aren’t very reassuring or helpful and seem behind with what’s going on,
my question is how long is this going to take, phoenix gas are coming out Thursday to start installing gas pipes outside, I don’t know when the contractors are coming out, was told floor boards need to be lifted up and things moved, what happens if they damage my stuff/furniture?
how long is all of this going to take I could pop at any time and could be living in an absolute mess 🥲🫠
