And of trying to buy. This has got to be the year! But the market is quiet here at the moment. Will it pick up march/April time?

It might be worth going up a rightmove price bracket and seeing of any of the flats/houses have been sitting there for a while and might accept lower offers.

I'd start now. Grab something BEFORE it gets busy surely?

I am looking but nothing is coming on that is right for us. So am hoping there will be more coming on soon.

We've widened area, had a realisation we just need the right now house, agreed to go up another £20k if needed, so hoping that changes things for us.

Just had this overwhelming aaarrgghh of I can't do this anymore. Bid on a couple ends of last year, one we were outbid and one I dragged my feet on, which was a big mistake and won't be doing that again.
