I need to report an issue with tenants but I have no idea what agency or landlord it would be. Is there way to find this?

Why the landlord? Why not report to council, police, environmental health or whoever it relates to?

I looked at the land registry when I wanted to buy the house next door that was rented then went round to talk to them.

If you go to the land registry website you can pay for a copy of the title register for that property which should state who owns it. landregistry.uk/title-documents?gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAiAtsa9BhAKEiwAUZAszWtpYfoL_cj6u_eHBdfNxkZ64cO6MjveT2e4lSQlplYjBs2-A8lNsBoC1eQQAvD_BwE

I found the owner on the land registry and then messaged him on Facebook messenger to inform him of antisocial behaviour, drug use and that a warning had been served for noise abatement. He didn't respond, but it was clear that there were some repercussions. It was a group of young men and when the next tenant took over it returned to being let to a family with small children.

If it's Scotland you can check the Scottish landlord register, all you need is the postcode of the address.

Wales also has a landlord register that you can check for free.

Either the land registry, or if it's in a managed estate, you can contact the management company, who will know who owns each property.
