Leasehold Flat

Hello,

I rent out a flat, one of @100 others, which is part of a leasehold property.

I have just had noticed that the on-site management team are handing over to a property management company, so I'm expecting some changes, especially in the standing change.

I would find it useful to be able to discuss matters with other landlords but there doesn't seem to be any forum set up.

They did have one amongst residents but that was around covid time.

Do any Mumsnetters, in the same situation, know of such a thing and how I should go about enquiring/ setting one up?

Thanks 🙏

When you say other landlords do you mean other owners of flats in your block, or other owners of leasehold flats generally?

Other landlords, and flat owners who live there, and who also have to pay the management fee.

Sorry - I didn't make that clear ... other landlords who have flats in the same block as me.

If you want to do it properly, have a look at this:
