Loo and sink unit combo - Tavistock any good?

We are putting in a small downstairs toilet and like the idea of a toilet and sink combo unit, to hide the pipework and make it less dusty.

We like this one in the blue colour, although it's fairly pricey compared to some options. Anyone got this and like/dislike it?

Any other recommendations for neat toilet and basin furniture combos? It has to fit within 1m squared.

We don't want to spend over £1,200 really, ideally less, but of course don't want something rubbish that would leak / not really work.

The bathroom shop we spotted it in told us the cistern it comes with isn't great and we could upgrade to a better one.

On the same note - anyone bought a B&Q one?

We have a B&Q toilet and sink upstairs and they've worked pretty well, so wondering whether to go with that as I can see them on display.
