At least the tap will presumably be staying; I’ve seen loads of closeups of vases of flowers / full (freestanding, not included in sale) bookcases / garden benches, etc.

It is a lovely tap. Only beaten by photo 14, ‘view to the left of the toilet’ which shows you a tap, a sliver of shower and a lovely bit of blank wall.

That tap swung it for me....I'm going to offer £10k over the asking price
