First time buyer, not tied to any particular areas and there's only me going to be living in it, I'm sick of scrolling through Rightmove 🤦‍♀️😩

Can't you buy pretty much all of Nottingham for that much?

You won't get much in a nice area. I'd go for Sherwood, Ng5 area. You'd get a decent two up two down or a flat.

You'd be surprised at the prices in Nottingham nowadays. I have been looking at Gedling or Arnold mainly but struggling to find anything decent in budget. I work in the beeston area but no chance of affording anything there. West bridgford or anywhere around Rushcliffe really is a non starter. Newthorpe is a possibility but definitely don't want to live in Eastwood.

You could probably get a 2 bed terrace in Beeston or Attenborough for £200k

What about a bit further out like Sawley or Breaston?

Try Sawley, Long Eaton, Borrowash Draycott
