Hello Everyone,

I am due to exchange on a house purchase this Friday and all of a sudden I'm getting really nervous about it.
It's so bad I am literally on my way now to have a look at the house again just to make sure I'm making the right decision...I haven't seen it since October last year, totally loved it back then ans still do just don't understand this feeling.
Not sure if it's cold feet/ nervousness/anxiousness... but is this normal ?

I'm not even a FTB ...bought last in 2017.

Thank you.

Very normal, it's a huge commitment so you are bound to be nervous.

Focus on the positives and getting the deal over the line!

Totally normal.
If you'd had serious doubts they would probably have been plaguing you before now. This is just 'moment of commitment' last minute nerves. Hold on and jump!

Edited to add we're just about to complete on a house too so I'm talking from being in a similar place to you!

It's normal, buying a house is a big decision however many times you do it.

Do go and look at the house. Spend some time in the area if you haven't already. This may steady your nerves.

You can also ask the estate agent to arrange another viewing again if you want too do so before exchanging, especially if there is anything specific that is worrying you.
