Buyer pulled out

Hello!
We have had 3 buyers pull out since Sep 2024! We have decided to go back on the market but our house on rightmove is way down the list as it says reduced on 21/11/2024 - therefore I'm worried that no one is going to see it. Do you think people will see it or is it best to go with another estate agent?

Take it off the market completely. Relaunch with a new estate agent middle of March.

Yes needs a relaunch. When I see a place hasn’t shifted and been reduced I start to worry that I would also struggle to sell it and/ or that you as a vendor have unrealistic expectations so will be difficult to engage with or that there’s some gremlin waiting to be uncovered after I’ve wasted money on a survey etc . It tells me you want more than your house is worth, probably because you’ve seen somewhere you want to buy for a certain amount so are pricing based on what you need it to be and not what the market thinks it’s worth.
