We love a property on St Leonard’s road and another on graemesdyke avenue.
The one on St Leonard’s road is larger but the garden ( 80 feet) backs on rail tracks.
We aren’t locals - so any thoughts on how disruptive this could be would be welcome
Also our daughter starts primary school - I believe graemesdyke is def within sheen mount catchment but I am not sure about St leonards
Appreciate any advice !
