Spray paint kitchen units

Anyone used a company that does this? We've recently moved and I HATE the colour of the kitchen but we can't afford to replace it so I'm trying to think of a cheaper way to beautify it. It's a pretty decent layout to be fair just horrible reddish brown cabinets.

Yes, I used Colourfull Kitchens, I was put off by them spelling it wrong but they are actually good. It was in my last house. Or i could share a picture.n

Not sure if you would be willing to have a go yourself but I painted our old kitchen in frenchic paint. It looked amazing and didn’t chip in the 3 years I kept it.

Having them painted and getting new handles practically gets you a new kitchen :).

Ha! I'm 😁 not brave enough to do it myself.
For those that had a company do it can I ask what you paid please? Obviously I understand it will vary by kitchen size / region but I literally have no idea of even a ballpark

My late Mum did this. As well as new worksurfaces, tiles, flooring, electricals and blind.

She didn't think she saved much but the original build quality was so good she had a better quality kitchen for about £1k less.

I reckon this was 15 years ago now, and it's still in good nick!

I'm getting quotes to have kitchen units sprayed and it's coming out £4k. Buying new doors and panels costs £1.5k. Same quality from diykitchens.

What am I doing wrong???

Wow. Maybe I need to have a look at their doors then. Thank you

4K! Do it yourself for a couple of hundred quid.

How much have mumsnetters paid for kitchen spray paint? Ideally costs from the past 2 years.
