Is this normal for buyers?

We had an offer on our house 2 weeks ago - 17Jan. We're moving to a chain free house which is progressing nicely. And beneath our buyers I think there are about 3 people. When they put in an offer they offered and said "it's on the condition we all complete before 31 march". I get it, stamp duty.
We said we'd certainly do what we can to work toward that and honestly since then a massive flurry of doing all the lawyer bits, forms, contents forms etc etc. but from them... we've heard nothing. Not a peep. No mention of surveyors or anything like that. According to our estate agents they're still really keen, but I'm now starting to get worried that they've not responded to the contents form we sent over a week ago or not said they'd send a surveyor round. Is this normal?

I would get your EA involved here- tell him/her to contact them and ask if they intend to do a survey because if they do, the clock is ticking. My EA did a lot of chasing - it’s part of what you pay them for.

As above - time to get the EA to contact them to find out how they are progressing.

It’s possible they aren’t getting a survey but then again 2 weeks is not long.
