How likely is it buyer will pull out?

Hoping a house comes back on the market. It was listed for 6 months before it sold. They accepted the offer in late December so are currently a month into the process. What stage would they be at by now? Would survey report be back by now? I know it obviously depends on the buyers status chain, FTB, cash buyer etc… but I’m just curious.

The market is very slow at the moment so I have nothing better to do but hope this house comes back up so I can buy it 😆

It's still early days. It might go through or it might not.

I wish currently had more options for my property search so I could let go of the idea of this house but nothing to even view. It really was a beautiful house so 🤞🏼

It's awful isn't it. I wish you all the best of luck. Maybe look around at others houses to keep your options open
