Parking in Reigate

I'm looking at a property in Reigate by Bell Street car park, but the property has no parking and don't want to pay over 1k for a car park permit! Anyone know alternative parking options? From what I can see there is hardly any permit parking either...

Parking is nightmareish, especially at school pick up and when events are on in the park. Restricted times for street parking and limited car parks.

Shame that used to there being lots of residents parking but seems like Reigate is the opposite 😭
