This is for sale near me. The DC wouldn't even need to change schools. I think it's gorgeous. Sadly, I don't have a spare £1.2M. My existing house would barely be a deposit!

This is literally my perfect house

It's modern as in mid century modern. It's actually an architectural era.

The way it's styled, it seems to have a lot of sitting rooms and nowhere to put anything. I always look at house listings with a view to where my sewing room would be. I haven't settled on one as it's dark, despite all the glass. I bet it doesn't have nearly enough power sockets.

I do really like it but I always worry about bird shit with these kind of houses. Do you just have a window cleaner on standby?

I kind of like it. It reminds me of a school building. It looks like they finished it and never did anything else to it for 50 years.
