Just wondering, do they all have high ceilings or is it just some

I've seen one online to rent and can't tell - it's got a bay window but can't see the ceiling height

Nope. We had a Victorian cottage (two up two down) with ceilings only a tiny bit (maybe 10cm) higher than our 1980's terrace.

Nope. My Victorian terrace has normal height ceilings.

The ceilings in our small Victorian terrace are much higher than the ones in our previous rented 50’s bungalow which was twice as big in terms of floor space. Just measured actually, about 9.5ft high

Okay thanks everyone, I'll go in with the assumption that it has normal height ceilings! xx

Cottages don't, they tend to be very low.
