Statement colour for kitchen

All white cupboards, black counters. Rental so I can't paint l, what statement colour should I go for dining chairs, appliances, wall art etc. not green please

Could you sit a coloured splashback behind the cooktop?
Coloured planters with plants in?
What colours are in the rest of the room?
Red, white and black was my 1st thought, only because that is easier tomatch/ find colours in than say a specific teal or lilac!
What about a coloured rug?

That's a really good idea actually thank you! I just think black and white is rather basic and empty looking. I do have neutrals throughout the home I'm trying to add some colour it's just hard finding ones that match
