Grey worktops white units - what colour flooring?

We are getting our garage converted soon and as part of this we are getting the wall knocked through to the kitchen. We will be getting new worktops and have chosen these grey ones (Portland limestone from howdens - pic attached). Our units are matte white.

Can anyone suggest which colour flooring to get please?

I’m useless with interiors! (We currently have oak worktops and grey flooring)

You could flip what you currently have and do oak flooring? Does it need to match up where it will meet the kitchen flooring?

I'd go with oak. It will warm it up and is gently neutral.

We will be getting new flooring throughout. That’s a good point that if we got oak flooring it would just be switching it up the other way. I had oak flooring in mind but worried it would look daft with the grey worktops!
