If you were selling in Guildford - standard 3 bed semi - which agents would you choose and why? Are the main options Seymours, Bourne, Curchods?
We won't touch online agents with a barge pole - so it's got to be a brick and mortar agent. Any advice on how to make the decision would be superb!
