About to start renovating a 3 bed house, living room, dining room, bathroom, kitchen, hall. Unfortunately we will have to live in it whilst it's being done.

I'm thinking of doing it in this order

Woodburner installed
New fuse box/new boiler
Decorating each room.
New bathroom
New kitchen
Flooring thru out
New internal and external doors.

Will have to move furniture out of each room as we go along.

Do you think that looks right?

Have the chimney swept before installing the woodburner. Flooring in the kitchen and bathroom would be better done as the kitchen and baththroom are installed. Kickboards may need trimming and the toilet and washbasin unless wall hung would need to come out again to fit the floors. I would also leave the decorating until last as it is very easy to catch new paint/wallpaper carrying doors, bathroom fittings, kitchen fittings etc in and out or in between rooms. Just my thoughts. Hope you will be very happy in your home 😊

Thank you, great points for me to discuss with my builder.
