Can’t seem to find this property on Rightmove, ASPC is the aggregator for property in Aberdeen and surrounding area. House has been on sale for at least 6 months.

If it’s not on Rightmove it won’t be reaching the large audience it should be. Plus the floor plan isn’t very good. Plus it’s Aberdeen which apparently is not a desirable area.

And you know because you read it on Mumsnet?

nonetheless it sold on 17 March 2025 giving the vendors 19% rise after 8 years ownership compared to 11 years the previous time it sold (also for +19%)

We actually put in an offer for this house, below asking price which they accepted until another who put in noted interest wanted to make an offer and went to closing and we got outbid. Wasn't meant to be as we ended up buying a detached house which huge bedrooms (and storage) for same price. Just needs about 5 years of work done
