Range Cooker with Gas & Induction Hob

Re-doing our kitchen and I am looking for a decent range cooker with both induction and gas rings on the hob, plus electric ovens.

Rural location so we often get power cuts, I can't rely on induction alone.

Large kitchen with plenty of space, so any width would work.

There seems to be a real gap in the market. The only one I can find is Smeg Portofino, which has a small induction area, 3 gas burners and a griddle thing which I don't think I'd use. Would rather have a larger induction area or more gas burners.

Any recommendations please?

Just beware that if you get something with gas, it may need electric present to run anyway. Not everything is like this but some things are.

Is it worth just getting some sort of separate LPG burner for when you have power cuts rather than limiting your choices ?

I currently have 5 gas rings which are fabulous, I can cook stove top meals and boil a traditional type kettle if we have no power. I just use a clicky lighter if the ignition doesn't work.

There is a lot of pressure to move over to induction, and having cooked with induction in a holiday rental, I did like it.

Extension and big kitchen re-model, I just want to retain the option of gas too. Otherwise I know I will regret it.

My old oven finally gave up and I did a careful search for a new one. Not a range, but an electric oven, as simple as possible but with 5 programs, and pyrolyse for self cleaning. I ended up choising a SMEG and it was absolutely brilliant.
