I'm downsizing (divorce), so i need to sell stuff, half going to my husband half to me. I'm going to get packers, but will need to split some stuff (plates, cutlery etc) and obvs cant expect packers to do this. But i need to be really organised. I'm sure previously i've just online lists including putting my address in something that automatically updated loads of people but i'm struggling to find these... or at least any. that are through.
Anyone found a good one?
Also, when do you arrange for cleaners to come in? My last house was sold in lock down and the new people didn't move in straight away so i just got our estate agent to let them in / out...
