Impossible to tell from the floor plan. Depends if load bearing wall, where the ceiling struts are etc.

You would need a builder to advise you.

Theoretically it is possible but no once can tell you for certain without getting sight if the actual property

Speak to a Structural Engineer.

You might need two steel beams but it will depend on which way the floor above spans and whether there are walls above.

Impossible to confirm from the information provided.

The RSJ won’t be able to follow the line of the wall from my knowledge no. It would have nothing to rest on where the kink is. How wide is the zig zag bit currently? Looks small based on the scale of that picture. The rsj may well have enough clearance above the door but that wall would need strengthening / new foundations. Other way would be building across from the door and then doubling up the width of the internal wall. As others have said, impossible to say so it’ll need someone to get eyes on it and work it out for you. Ultimately everything is possible, just depends how deep your pockets are.
