We want to add a wooden built lean to on the side of our house. Most similar houses on the road have done this. Does anyone know if there are regulations in terms of going up to the boundary fence? Im assuming that because it will be a single storey wooden structure that its just like having a shed.
And what sort od tradesman would do this, a carpenter or builder?
