Level 3 building survey

Hello!

FTB here. I’m looking for recommendations for companies or individuals who conduct Level 3 building surveys in London. As a bonus, if they are familiar with the Hornchurch/Elm Park area, you may have had good experience with them.
I know plenty of options online, but trustworthy testimonials are always reassuring.

Perspnally I would always go through RICS to find a property surveyor.

Possible structural issues should be picked up by a level 2 survey and then if you are concerned you would almost certainly be better buying a separate structural survey. Level 3 surveys are just bought by nervous first time buyers. I think they are a waste of money.
