Hi ,
we are in the final stage of buying a property in Harefield but lately we could see some antisocial behaviors in the area through a Facebook group. is it safe to buy a property there ?

I don’t know Harefield and its ages since I went there, but I think there will be some element of anti social behaviour in all towns and villages. It depends on whether the house you’re looking at, is in a less good road or a better road. Most areas have good and bad parts. Remember that FB groups mostly complain about stuff.

From what I have heard, it's no better nor worse than any other part of West London.

I drive through fairly regularly and it seems quite nice. Very loud/boisterous from teens playing football everywhere on the weekends, but I think that's a good sign! No skulking characters in the evenings.

Oh - also - pretty old knowledge now (7 years +) but I worked for a chain who has a shop there (sure you can figure it out but don't want to out myself too much!). Regional crime/shoplifting/ASB figures always placed Harefield bottom - so safest - out of a region of 25.
