Finding a 1 year rental

Other than the obvious (Rightmove, individual estate agents), is there anywhere I should be looking for a 1 year rental around Richmond/Kew/Kingston? Could be a few months more if it's an option. Looking to spend £2000ish/month. I'm wondering if anyone knows of local groups or has any clever ways to find a rental outside the normal ways? Like I'm thinking long term house sitting, etc., does this exist, or do we just need to keep looking at Rightmove

Local Facebook groups, put up ads in local coffee shops- give as much info as possible about yourself profession and why you want just a year or a year max - someone with a flat in London that they're not using might be pushed to consider you.
However most would surely use an estate agent.
Openrent too.

Gumtree is somewhere where private landlords advertise also.
Most landlords offer tenancies of 6 months and 12 months.
