Does anyone have any knowledge about buying a terraced / semi detached bungalow that was converted from an office please. It’s my first purchase. It’s got a good location being close to the station but. Is there anything especially I should research apart from planning permission?
E.g.
would it be cold? As an ex office bungalow with underfloor heating
is this a good idea? It’s a lot of money
