What to do with very small hall..

Hello - any ideas on how to increase the hall on size ? Its currently 3’3” x 3’1

Looking at layout the stairs hit you straight away and appear quite steep (something I’m not keen on either but budget is tight so I know I will not get the house I want or at least my ideal house so to speak)

I was originally thinking a porch but then the neighbours front door is also very close and I don’t want to take space from the living room

so I admit defeat and leave as is ?

could I get away with a small porch like picture example do you think ?

I think you are too near the neighbours front door to have a porch, plus it would look weird if the ledge above the two doors was altered at one side. My hall is quite small. It is what it is, it's not a part of the house you spend any time in. You just have to make sure you have storage elsewhere for shoes, coats etc.

thanks , I did think it was close. I don’t particularly want a porch but I was just looking at ways to make a hall . As the space is sparse, probably best to leave
