Hi- thinking of ways to turn this shower room into a bathroom (if possible) …

My thoughts to make it bigger would be to knock down the wall between the bathroom and the bedroom and and block the cupboard from the bedroom. And take the wall down between the current bedroom cupboard and the storage room in the bathroom

then have a bath along the back wall but would that leave room for both the toilet and sink - I’m thinking not unless anyone has ideas ?

TIA

If you don't mind a shower over a bath, you can fit that into the current space if you close up the current door to the bathroom cupboard and have it open into the bedroom instead. Move the sink to where the current cupboard door is and then replace the shower with a bath.

Avoid moving the toilet.

Will a bath fit where the two cupboards are? That way you can leave layout as is but have a bath too.

I'd get rid of the cupboard and storage abs put a shower there

I'm not clear on the measurements if you take the cupboard, and what the black square is - is that structural or can you take at also?

A space saving idea to get both a bath and a separate walk-in shower into a small bathroom is to create a bath and shower wet area. You can get a narrow freestanding bath of about 65cm, then because you have the room above the bath, you only need 60cm ish for the shower. Because it is tanked, it's easy to clean around/behind the bath with a handheld shower attachment.

For moving the loo you'll need a plumber to check and if it's an inside wall they might be able to build out a little bit of boxing (which makes a handy shelf).

Take the door off the cupboard and put a fitted sink and vanity unit in that alcove. Mirror the entire wall above the sink, nice lights etc. then you can put a bath along the wall where the shower and sink currently are. Shower over bath.
