Motion sensor bathroom fan

Has anyone got a bathroom fan that is operated by a motion sensor, rather than being triggered by turning on the light? If so, which one do you have and would you recommend it? It's for a tiny downstairs toilet, so I don't think it would need to be enormously powerful. Two of the loo walls are external ones, so it could vent directly outside without too much ducting. I'm also not worried about it being whisper quiet- the loo is quite close to the living room, and, ahem, a bit of 'white noise' wouldn't be the worst thing in the world! As it's such a small room ideally I'd like something not too obtrusive if possible. TIA!

There are plenty of these on the market, best place to go is your local plumbers’ merchants they tend to store the better quality makes. Just bear in mind which ever one you buy will need to be hard wired into the mains circuit.
