Fetcham (Leatherhead/Surrey)

What is Fetcham like? We have seen a house we like in Fetcham but have no knowledge of the area.

We are: 1 x WFH full time and 1 x commute to Waterloo 4/5 days and 1 x toddler.
Moving down from London; ready for quieter life but would this be too much of a change?
Any info or advice appreciated! Thanks!

There was a very funny thread a few months ago saying Leatherhead was full of gangsters ... I'll try and find it 😂

Fetcham and Leatherhead are both nice areas.

Haha - I did see that Leatherhead was voted the worst high street in Britain once - but many moons ago! Do you live there?
