We are semi detached private (mortgaged)next door is council.
The council have contracted a company to install cavity wall insulation.
Upon extracting of this material l, the old stuff made its way into our living room through the electric box.
I notified them and they said someone would be round to clean it up tomorrow, tomorrow turned into the day after.
This company was contracted via a another company who have come to check our electric box doesn't have ingress etc.
We were not made aware of this happening? Should we have been. Where fo we stand? We are unsure of the extracting has resulted in our insulation being removed!
