Recommendations for easy to set timers for Christmas lights

I need a couple of very easy to set timers for my Christmas lights.

I bought some last year and they are so fiddly and confusing with tiny buttons and I've now lost the instructions.

Are the dial ones best? I also don't want to pay loads. Under £20 for 2 ideally

You want smart plugs, you should easily get a pair for about £15. They can be programmed/ activated from an app

We use an Alexa with smart plugs and have a set routine.

Agreed you want smartplugs. So much easier than those fiddly things. Mine are Tapo and I like them.
