Other than ensuring the mortgage completes on the same day as the purchase and changing the title deeds to my new mortgage provider what exactly is entitled that I am paying hundreds of pounds for?
I'm not even being sarcastic. I just really would like to know because I'm tempted to say I will pay you by the hour for what you've actually done rather than pay you 500 quid for as far as I can see nothing.
Even the land registry is an extra cost, so my mind is boggled 🤣
