Hi We are about a week away from exchanging on a property and the search has brought us that’s someone has the mineral/mining right on the land. I am not overalls concerned about them a will get the vendor to pay for an indemnity. Should I ask for a discount, they were not in the details and the agent said they didn’t know about them
