Does anyone have a Rangemaster classic? Positioning question

My new kitchen arrived today along with my new rangemaster classic 90cm induction.

I am concerned that as the oven door opens to the left, it will not fully open as it will catch on the cabinet door that it sits next to. The only solution is for it to sit forward or have a 1cm gap on the sides. I had hoped the oven would sit flush against the wall and minimal side gaps.

How is it normally positioned?

If I chosen a pull down door range this would not have been an issue.

Hi OP. We have a Rangemaster and there is a 1cm gap between the unit we have next to it and the range but then the worktops are flush, so you don't really notice the gap. It sits flush with our wall (Hope that make sense) 😀

Thank you, that makes complete sense. Actually I just positioned the cabinet unit and as you say the 1cm gap would like fine with the worktops flush.

I can't wait to use the oven.

@FriedaMer hi again, sorry but can I also ask what size overhang you had on your worktop or if it really matters.

Rather than use a kitchen company I have sourced everything myself online. It felt like a good idea at the time but it's becoming really stressful incase I get it wrong.

The oven depth is 600mm and most worktops seem to be 635mm. Although I have seen some at 620mm.

Thanks

I'm so sorry I missed your question OP - I guess your oven is all fitted and looking amazing now?

Thank you. It's all in and l love it. Christmas was a dream doing all the cooking in it. I wish I had purchased one years ago.
